Christopher joined the team in the new capacity of Executive Director. His role is to manage the Rabun Paws for Life Team, not the shelter and animal control divisions. With his background in accounting, he is the perfect fit to move Paws forward as we expand our services! Christopher has been a volunteer in fundraising activities for years. He and his wife, Molly (a former board member, now Emeritus Board Member) enjoy spending time with their cats and fostering cats in need. Christopher is a Rabun County native and is 100 % investing in making this community, and our origanization great!

Everett has a gift for loving animals and people... with a special heart for those that need it the most. He is great at pairing animals with their new family. Please call Everett to help you find your new family member.

Brandon is our Animal Control Director. As a US veteran, Brandon brings organization and commitment to the difficult task of managing Animal Control for our partnership with Rabun County. He is patient with animals and the public and is bringing new ideas to this division of Paws.

Sandra has been a part of our Paws Family for many years now! The voice on the phone, the smile when you come in the door and grandma to the staff! She will take your information for Lost and Found, Spay/Neuter sign-up and will get any messages to the staff for the answers you need.

What an AMAZING team we have!!! Kennel Techs, Animal Control Officers, Health Specialists, Volunteers... and more to come! We have a lot of changes and new faces will be starting with us soon!
Carol remains active at the shelter with weekly visits to assist with paperwork and as a valuable source of information and support to the staff. With her vast knowledge of the organization, she was voted as Board Member Emeritus to serve as an advisor and lifetime board member.
Molly has been instrumental in getting our Foster Program to become a large part of serving our animals to find a forever home. As an advocate for caring for animals inside and outside the shelter to prepare them for their new homes, Molly was chosen to remain on the board as a Board Member Emeritus to serve as the source of information for home inspections, preparations and foster matches for animal with extended needs.
